To discuss a glimpse of what's to come (mostly embarrassment)

Yes, I've been MIA for a few days. Wipe away those tears (of joy?)... While I try to find a minute to write after an action-packed weekend in Pittsburgh, take a glimpse of some of the goodies I have for you. Yes, that's me when I was about 6 or 7. My mom busted out the VHS home video on Capricorn. Photos were taken. Laughter ensued. Interested?

... and a shot of downtown Pittsburgh, soon to be home of the Super Bowl champions.

haha, I'm so glad my parents didn't have a video camera. I will not miss those prime chances to embarass my own children.

6 time Superbowl Champions. :-)

Awww... you were cute then, too... in a dorky sort of way... but who among us wasn't dorky when we were kids... besides me... the dorky came later... and stayed... sigh.

Now, next time could you please give a head's up when you will be MIA for a while so that I don't ask you any questions on my blog until AFTER you get back?!

Thankfully my parents never loved me enough to take pictures of me as a child.

Love the pics! We all have crazy childhood pictures but that is what make us who we are. Not that we necessarilty want to share that part of us with others, but still...

Aaaww look at you, so adorable in all the pictures.

I love that the rents not only still have vhs tapes but a vhs player to play those tapes. Actually my dvd player is also a tape player.

Wow I am pretty old school.

Oh my gosh...I had to come back after hautepocket's comment to see if that WAS a bed in your kitchen. I was so excited. Apparently it is just a pretty flowered table cloth. Darn!
