To discuss a Fail Blog contender of my own

Saw this today toy at a school, and thought it'd be a nice, quick Friday post... maybe it'll get failblog.org fame one day.

The toy makers are assuming I want to see my ears glow like a Chernobyl kid. Well, no, I don't fancy having ears like E.T.'s finger. I don't want anymore attention to them, frankly. Do they actually blink? Doubt it. Even if they did, 50 percent of pedestrians wouldn't use them anyway, and the other halfjavascript:void(0) would leave them on miles after they turned left.
Note: This wasn't actually on failblog; I just think it should be.
Update: Now this IS actually on Fail Blog, and is up for a vote. Go to the voting page (around page 3) to get this on the main page.

If they're turn signals, then why does one of the photos have both the lights on? Is that kid going to be spontaneously splitting in half and going BOTH ways? If so, I decree this toy totally worth buying. :p

Those are just weird.... altho they could be hella fun at a club when coupled with copious amounts of vodka and a few glow-sticks....

I love how it says "Star Awards" in the corner as if the toy won some legit award. I TOTALLY want one now.

...Actually this toy would have gone well with my Buzz Lightyear costume idea.

If I saw this on a kid I would have no idea it meant he was turning left or right! lol What an odd concept!
