To discuss a Rollercoaster Dream Date with Wild ARS

(Andy: This the second day of a three-day series of co-blogging with Ben. Hello to all of you visiting from his site...Make yourself at home, and take your shoes off, for crying out loud. Where are your manners?)

Ben's Dream Date with Wild ARS:
Ben, of No Ordinary Rollercoaster: Welcome to another wonderful bromance edition of the dream date series, this one with a title that becomes shockingly filthy if you turn the ARS into arse when you read it. Which you and I definitely just did. I feel I'm going to have to apologize to Andy quite a few times before the end of this...
6:00pm - Welcome Andy to my humble abode. Wearing clothes this time. See, Dan? I learn from my mistakes!

6:30pm - Settle in for a drink or two to take the edge off the awkwardness of an internet date. And by a drink or two, I mean a drinking game of epic proportions sure to leave us both obliterated yet thoroughly entertained. This is how it works.

We will watch two episodes of reality show tragedy: Making the Band 2 (Andy's favourite), and America's Next Top Model (my favourite as reported in a provinicial newspaper that one time). Throughout we will launch into a barrage of quips, puns and snarky comments. I will drink each time Andy makes me laugh. He will drink each time I make him laugh.

Obliterated.

9:00pm - Once better acquainted, I will unleash my secret weapon of the evening on poor Andy. NO, not that you pervs....I'll pop in a movie. A scary movie. Probably this one because a coworker lent it to me saying that it made our other coworker cry.

Still traumatized from Quarantine, Andy will undoubtedly launch himself into my arms for comfort and protection.

11:00pm - As Andy is now drunk (trying to drink away the fear) and vulnerable, I think we all know what happens next...

...I dump him out the front door to fear for his life and spend the rest of the night perfecting my karaoke routine for the greatest song (and music video) of all time.

------------
Andy: Simply stunning...For my bootylicious Dream Date with Ben, check out his blog today. And later today, we'll have our intro to tomorrow's main co-blog, just to get those excitement juices flowing in case yesterday's Saved by the Bell post didn't do the trick.

If people don't watch the music video, they are all dead to me.

I saw that scary movie. I think Mr. T or some other more modern tough guy, may need comforted during that movie. I slept with the light on after I watched it.

So basically you freak him out and then kick him to the curb at night so he can get further freaked out. Nice...

Oh, Robert Palmer and your sexy zombie-eyed backup dancers...

It's media influences like these that explain so much about why I turned out this way.

That music video has hypnotized me. Seriously.

And making the band? Best show ever. What the hell happened to aubrey? She and andrea used to be bffs and they were totally my favorites. Now it's just sad.

But I saw on Perez the other day that Aubrey was spotted laughing and hugging diddy so it was obviously a publicity stunt.

Wow... I think I just showed my crazy in this comment. Oops.

Yeah, I would want to crash the ANTM marathon portion of this!

I shouldn't admit that, should I?

That is awesome. Seriously.

Is it weird that I'm jealous?

I loooove The Descent. Great movie. =) Neil Marshall is fantastic!

Jealous. Waiting anxiously for my turn to take advantage of Ben on a date.

Ben- That's understandable
Sam- I pit the fool that saw that movie
Marie- I know, right? That's no way to treat your straight gay date.
Aine- Pinning your troubles on Robert Palmer? Totally appropriate?
Maxie- There's so much drama on Making the Band. I can't wait until next season. Please read my play-by-plays for my take on Aundrea/Aubrey
Nerd- Too late. You did.
Peter- I know, he's famous, right?
Diane- Weird? No. Appropriate? Perhaps.
Becca- I haven't seen it yet, but evidently I should.
Mermanda- I feel privileged to have had Ben take advantage of me.
